Another year, another several thousand photos, another evaluation, another refocus on goals and SOME LENSES FOR SALE.
All are Nikon or Nikon mount, well cared for, and I would rate them as excellent.
The one exception is the Tamron 70-300. The glass and the lens are in excellent condition*; however, I had the brilliant idea to carve a slot at the bottom of the sun-shade so I could rotate a polarizing filter without removing the sun-shade. Another dumb idea! The slot is taped and everything is fine.
*Several have discovered the Tamron 70-300 is not as sharp at 300mm, as have I. However, on a Nikon D7100, which does not have the anti-alias filter, at 300mm it is much better; and I have sold a number of photos up to 13x19 taken at 300mm on this lens. I dont know if thats true for all Tamron 70-300 and Nikon D7100, but it has been proven to be so for my combination.
Lenses include front and rear lens caps, sun shades and OpTech foam lens covers, shipping and $100 insurance. The 300mm Nikon has the unique Nikon leather lens cover and built-in lens hood. Considering the quality and what you receive with each lens, the prices are below the average offered by well-known lens dealers, including eBay.
The Lenses are:
1. Nikon ED AF Nikkor 300mm f/4 (no VR) very sharp.

Does the 300mm F/4 have all the 39mm internal filter. I see the holder..but the description does not say the filter is still there. Also, does it have the original case? Thanks...I am interested.
Yes, it does have the internal filter. I do not have the original box:wish I did, sorry. The lens is immaculate;however, it is a case of what you see is what you get.
Thanks for your interest.

Is your 8 key connected to the 5?
The new 18-55 has a button on it for a storage position. This one is excellent, though.
Do you still have the 18-55 VR lense?
I will take it if so.
Thanks
Richard
I do have the 18-55 and it will be yours when you send your name and address and phone number to me so we can resolve details. I will take a check or money order whichever is easier for you. I have another lens to ship today, and if I have your info, yours will go out too.
