Please do. My version is 3.14.15.0.
No problems so far. 3.15.0 is the latest of the the v3.x DPP, but does advise that it is only for W7 and later. 3.14.15 is recommended for earlier Windows versions.
I have a T3i, which was not previously supported for raw (.CR2) files for DPP4.x Now it works. Also, I like the idea that I can use both DPP3 and DPP4. DPP4 is supposed to be an improvement, but it has a different user interface. The fact that both can be used simultaneously helps in the migration and UX (User eXperience).
So far, no problems on Windows 10.
This is the info on the latest DPP4
