Absolutely love this image!!! however if you removed the green other part of the flower to the right that extends to the top of the photo I believe this image would definitely have a lot more impact! Love the light!!!

Thanks for all the compliments. I sometimes take 10-15 shots until I see something in the back display that looks interesting, sometimes more, lol. When I saw the sunlight coming through the trees on the property next us I knew I wanted try before the sun went down too far. As far as taking out that other stem I considered that, but then could not decide where to stop it because the other bloom might stand out, then the stem below the purple petal, so I just left it. I might tackle it later. Thanks again.
