Choices #1 and #3 sound good. The problem with cremation is what to do with the ashes. I know it won't be my problem, but still.
There is one person, a scientist, NASA worker (not sure of the details) whose ashes are on the moon. Clyde Tombaugh, discoverer of Pluto, has his ashes in the spacecraft that flew to Pluto. It was the fastest launch, at 35,000 mph, and the fastest flight, at 50,000 mph, ever.
