Ex Londoner here. Welcome to UHH. I enjoy taking photographs of lots of different themes. Great Grand Daughter, Derelict buildings, Churches and so on. Have a peek at the topics under my name.
Good luck and enjoy the pass time of taking pictures.

What about shooting an alphabet soup?
Shoot subjects that start with a letter, or subjects that look like a letter. Shoot your way through the alphabet!
Another thing to do, is to go on a treasure hunt. On a slip of paper, note an item you would like to shoot, and place it in a container until you have quite a few in there.
When you're ready to go out and shoot, mix up the slips of paper, select about 10 of them, grab your lunch and gear, then head out on your adventure.

I have just upgraded to a Nikon D7200 after my ageing D80 malfunctioned. Im amazed at the number of new options to the camera. I found a useful site
http://www.everythingd7000.co.uk/ which has a lot of the detail worked through which maybe useful to folk.
How do I post photos on this site please? Any good photowalks folk would recommend?
