Lightroom 6, Photoshop CS6, Photoshop filters, etc?

Do all these programs run ok under W10?

Any issues?

I'm running Adobe CC and everything seems to be running smooth.
There was an issue after I performed a clean install of W10 where LR and PS wouldn't install. It was related to the install trying to give me 32 bit visual C--I guess it is a known issue when trying to reinstall CC after a clean install of Windows 8.

Installed Windows 10 yesterday. It took about 40 minutes. All Adobe programs are working. No issues so far.

My Lightroom and PhotoShop CC run fine on Windows 10. The only interesting thing that happened is that prior to updating, I had checked the box to use hardware acceleration. After upgrading to W10, Lightroom had a problem. Solved it by unchecking the hardware acceleration. And yes, I even updated the driver after the upgrade. Not sure what that's all about, but Lightroom actually runs better now!

Within 24 hours of rollout of Windows 10, 14 MILLION people were running Windows 10. Any significant issues with Adobe CC would surely have been big news on the internet.

As always, make allowances for individual machines that are poory configured or not up to date, or have been problematic on previous OS.

Windows 10 is not a patch or fix for Windows 8 or 7. It is the best parts of both, slightly revised and with a much smaller footprint on the computer. That is why it run so well, and is a boone to old hardware. I am running it on six machines dating from ten years old to three years old. The computer I am currently running this post on has 2 Gb RAM and is an ancient (in computer terms) Pentium P4 3.40 Gh processor.

I loaded Windows 7 Home fresh on the computer and then did the Windows 10 upgrade. I loaded 7 fresh because I just picked up this computer, and it had an illegal copy of Window 7 which 10 would not upgrade (no piracy here). So I formatted the 160 Gb hard drive, loaded a legal 7 Home, and upgraded to 10. Now with all my apps loaded, I am using 90Gb with 70Gb unused on the hard drive.

Out of the six machines all the updates have been flawless and all equipment properly driven and all software compatible

Fast and stable, even with only 2 Gb RAM. I am going to bump it to 8 Gb, just for the fun of seeing if it actually will run faster than it does now.
