Please, you know the rules: No such beautiful photos shall be taken without using a DSLR.. :mrgreen:
Disgusting that a camera that sells for less than $200 Refurb takes such good photos. Unjust!! :shock:
PS: I have an Sony HX50v $190 refurb. virtue long reach 30x. Does wonderful IQ. These small cameras are amazing indeed. I mounted my Professional Looking DSLR on my chest with pro looking lens and straps... then proceed to shoot a wedding (free) with the small HX50v. Oh! on intelligent Auto setting. all photos crisp. Times are a'changin'. :thumbup: :thumbup:

Once again, stunning!!
I am now comparing one similar photo to another and studying why I like one's composition better than the other. Because each photo is in its own way perfect, this study allows me to see what my own preferences and biases are.
This is what happens when you allow us to see more than one photo at a time, for which I am very grateful.

The short answers:
I've never shot RAW only "Super Fine" jpeg and I use Photoshop Elements 12 for post-processing. If I see obvious noise in an image I use Topaz Labs DeNoise, which is fantastic!
