Different strokes for different folks. I use a variety of cameras for different purposes. Hell, my cell phone camera is pretty good and I've made use of that in a pinch.

If cost is what's most important to you, there are cameras that go for less than the Lumix.

Em1 is 999 new and the em5ii is 899 new
12-40 is 799 and 40-150 is 1299

I'd still take this weather sealed combo any day.

For three grand, you can't beat the E-M1 and the two PRO lenses, rain or shine. For $895, the Lumix is good, but much slower all around; and keep it out of the rain (or very high humidity, like a rain forest). :D

I've always been impressed with Lumix's bridge cameras especially the LX100 and this FZ1000. Great products at relatively low prices.

You have a big list. I don't know what you are really needing a camera for but it you are willing to spend $900.00 on a camera I'd get the SONY Alpha A6000 and get the kit with both lenses. It's probably the most favorably reviewed camera in years. It's hard to imagine what it will take for SONY to come up with newer, better model than the A6000 but it's for sure it won't be replaced anytime soon.

A7000 is supposedly being announced in August this year...

The FZ1000 is a very good camera that gives you a lot for the money, even though it is not an inexpensive camera. If your point though is that it is as good as the other two for a lot less money than I disagree. Among other things the sensor is smaller than a m4/3 or APS-C sensor, and you can't add an ultrawide or long telephoto lens or a true macro.

The best camera is the one that best fills an individual's needs and wants. If that's an FZ1000 then that's what you should get.
