Epson's support of their products is terrible. I switched to Canon when my last Epson died because the nozzles plugged up and they wanted more to fix it than I paid for my new Canon printer.

I use LD products for my paper and ink needs. I use an Epson WF-3540 Printer. Not a plug for LD products but I am a very happy customer because they have made it right when their was one problem with an ink cartridge.

I think we are talking ink jet paper here? I can't imagine any ink jet paper they sell not working in any of their ink jet printers.

Responding to an Epson sale, the printer, paper size and type were selected from their dropdown lists and no matter what paper types I select a message appears in red that says no paper with the selection you made is available. I have an Epson xp 620.
Any recommendations for the best place to get paper for an Epson printer, maybe should check Kodak or HP.
Kinda weird that Epson advertises a sale and has no recommendation for one of their printers

Pop, there's an error somewhere. I just went to the Epson site and found a list of eight papers available for your XP-620 Small-in-One printer.

Sign up for their e-mail notifications of sales. Periodically, they offer 40% discounts on paper - that's when I buy.

Go to Epson and look up the printer. The suggested Epson papers are listed in the specs. http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/jsp/Product.do?sku=C11CE01201&UseCookie=yes

They do. And as I mentioned yesterday, and Madman has confirmed, their papers are available for purchase on their web site.

Thais is not the page I saw, it was a page with a dropdown that, when my model was picked, the message in red was could not find model ,or something like that.

Crazy that you couldn't come up with any results. I just filled in the model and paper finish, no specific size.

I have used Red River Paper for all my paper supplies for the past few years.

They have a great selection of paper and also have a large library of printer ICC profiles by paper type.

Epson paper, the best place to get it from Amazon.com. I use " Premium'quality ones, on my Epson 3000.
How-ever for same result and a better price I as well use Red River paper from the Amazon.

As far as I know, Red River Paper is ONLY sold direct!

Yes red river paper is great but I have also used the Arista paper from Freestyle in Calif. Its gloss is slightly better than RR. Use in your printer ICC files for Epson or Red River. Paper is cheaper than Epson and lasts longer abd is a better quality. Been using it for over 10 yrs.

I never dealed with Epson directly, I bought my printer at B&H (3880pro) a long time ago and have bought all my papers and replacement inks from them as well, and I have never encountered an issue like that!

You could just punish them and buy someone else's paper!
