Epson Store does not carry paper for my Epson printer

Responding to an Epson sale, the printer, paper size and type were selected from their dropdown lists and no matter what paper types I select a message appears in red that says no paper with the selection you made is available. I have an Epson xp 620.
Any recommendations for the best place to get paper for an Epson printer, maybe should check Kodak or HP.
Kinda weird that Epson advertises a sale and has no recommendation for one of their printers

I usually get free overnight delivery from Staples.

Thanks for the reply, I have a Staples less than 5 miles from my home. I would have thought that Epson running a big one day sale would offer paper for all of the printers they list but Staples seems like a great alternative.

Staples may be a better retailer, but on the link I posted, you can buy directly from Epson, and you need not enter your printer model.

The best source for printer supplies I have found is Atlex.com. Great prices and service.

I just looked myself. That does seem odd but not the first time I've seen a situation like that.

I really would not worry about what it actually says if the type of paper is available per their sale for a different model of printer. Your manual will list the types usable, which is likely any and all. They have those menus as a convenience mainly for inks and other components that differ widely by model.

I've never found it matters what type of paper or brand I use. For plain 8.5x11 or 8.5x14 paper it does not matter at all, though I say away from 20#, opting for 22# or 24# paper. For glossy "photo" papers I've used many brands with many different InkJet / BubbleJet printers over the years, HP, Kodak, Canon, Staples(paper), Epson(paper), etc. and see no issues. It might make a difference with high end photo printers that uses special inks (like 7 to 9 to more, especially if they have gray inks). With office printers they all seem to be similar. So buy what is on sale.

I have used Red River Paper for all my paper supplies for the past few years.

They have a great selection of paper and also have a large library of printer ICC profiles by paper type.

Ironically, the Epson store is not run by Epson. I found this out by asking customer service why their ink prices were so much higher than retail stores like Staples.

I use an Epson XP-620 printer and have always bought my paper from Epson with no difficulty. I use mostly the ultra premium photo paper luster (SO41405, 8.5" x 11")and buy when on sale. Usually arrives the second day.

I'm sure there are a lot of papers that will work well, it just seemed strange that when I selected my Epson model on the Epson Store drop down menu it stated in red letters that there was no recommendation for that model. I usually buy my paper at Staples, it works well, an will use Staples as a source.
Thanks again for the follow ups

Epson paper, the best place to get it from Amazon.com. I use " Premium'quality ones, on my Epson 3000.
How-ever for same result and a better price I as well use Red River paper from the Amazon.

Crazy that you couldn't come up with any results. I just filled in the model and paper finish, no specific size.
