Snipe flies up close

Single shots taken at 2:1 with Tamron SP 90 with Kenco 2x teleconverter.
Both are same unknown species of the family Rhagionidae.

Working distance for this combo, Tamron SP 90 + Kenco 2x, is approx. 4 inches ( lens set to 1:1) for 2:1 mag and approx. 7.5 inches ( lens set to 1:2 ) for 1:1 mag. These measurements are to the front of the lens barrel, NOT to the front element. It's recessed about 1.5 inches.
