Good photo. Depending on what is to the right, I might have moved the camera to eliminate the sky on the left and start the composition with the edge of the building and then include some of the railing on the right....assuming that the ironwork continues to the right of the composition that cannot be seen in this view.

kfoo I really like this shot. Eliminating the sky, as Erich said, might be an improvement but the ironwork of the railings is what I focused on as soon as I saw the photo.
New Orleans is such a fun place ... have been there a half dozen times and always have a ball (totally sober, don't drink :) ) Friendly people, interesting architecture, great food ... if it just wasn't for that humidity ...

Loved the pictures and I been to New Orleans many time. New Orleans is a great place for picture taking as it a very colorful place. Thanks for posting your pictures.
