I could barely see it to focus! Usual set-up.

Nice capture, those bugs are hard to see let alone photograph.

I just noticed on the download, your sensor needs cleaning you have spots on the image especially the upper left corner section on the first image.

Nice captures. My two recommendations are to add a bit of contrast and color saturation to image.

Thanks! I plan on doing a cleaning this weekend. On a side note, I use to need to do sensor cleaning almost weekly. Now that I make sure my camera is turned off before removing the lens, I can go 6-8 weeks.

I'll see what those change look like.

I couldn't get a image I liked better from the RAW file, but you are more than welcome to give it a try:

Nice captures !!!! I posted an image of the same species of bug a few weeks ago... They sure are tiny.... I spotted one the day before yesterday & tried to capture some images of it... They turned out to be OOF... Went back to the same flower yesterday in hopes that it was still there (it wasn't) & that's when I spotted the "Sleeping Bee" image I posted yesterday

Thanks! I had 2 keeper out of about 30 shots over two days! It's nice that the bugs are starting to come out here in Virginia.
