Thank you very much. I am trying different things whenever I get a break in the weather. Tonight's back to cloudy courtesy of Texas flow this time but tomorrow and Sunday may be nice.

I love it, I love how you are beginning to get definition in the Cassini division. Well done I can only hope to excel as quickly as you have done. I too find that experimentation is the best, even if certain tutorials claim it does not work until I try for myself I hold doubts.

What software do you use for stacking? I tried the other night through an 8" Meade, but my results were pretty sad...

I am using the AutoStakkert 2 to stack and I have it setup to automatically export to Registax 6 when it completes. That's where I make my adjustments to bring out the detail. If I really like the final product from that I run it through Lightroom CC to clean up the final shot.
