I am laughing as I type this because I can't believe what I am learning. I travel to the art store and find matting pre cut at 16x20 with a photo size of 11x14. A size I consider very standard seeing as they are sold all the time. I find out now, that my Canon Pixma Pro-100 can't print 11x14 ?? what am I missing. ? I've called Canon twice and they don't seem to see the issue of art stores selling 11x14 matts for printers that can't print the same size. I have Picasa, Canon Photo print and Adobe Elements and none of them can adjust to print the size I wish to. I can pick the paper size (I have 13x19). The best I can prints is 11x17 and that cuts off several inches of my photos. Can anyone help me. ??? thanks

If you have a printer that can print 13" wide, than it can print 11x14 as well, in fact, any size in between, up to 13" wide!

Will it print 13" x 19"? If so, just print it that size and cut it down.

You might try shooting the picture with enough space at the top to cut it to 14"

On your printer click fit to page. Buy a Logan mat cutter and mat paper cut the center to fit your picture and the outside to your frame of choice. White, grey or black mat if you don't have an "eye" or a color wheel. A 32" by 40"sheet of mat paper $5 or $6 Gonzo

Why not just make an 11x17 print and pay to have a 16x20 mat cut with an opening for your 11x17 size image? The art store should be able to do that for you?

I have a mat cutter and can in the future make my own. I was just replacing some faded photos in frames of 16x20 witih 11x14 mat.
