I will try. I'm finding 2:1 handheld to be quite the challenge.

That is my greatest reservation about this lens. I suspect a tripod & focus rail would prove most valuable.
I'm actually very positive about the lens. I find it focuses extremely quickly yet still with good accuracy. So far I've probably snapped 100 shots with it, mostly flowers and bugs, and it has produced some nice images. 25% of my shots have been between infinity and 1:4; 25% between 1:4 and 1:2; 25% between 1:2 and 1:1, and 25% above 1:1. Less than 5% have been at 2:1, yet I'm taking what I consider full advantage of this lens' capabilities.
Non-technical questions:
1.) Did your lens come with a permanent "F Mount" for use on Nikon cameras, or are you using an adapter?
2.) Does you lens have the "VENUS" logo, or the new "LAOWA" logo?
It's a native F-Mount, and it has the LAOWA logo.
I like the shot,, and the smoothness of the OoF areas.
Download is very nice!
