Most credit cards add a year of warranty when you use the card for a purchase. If you use PP, I believe you would not get that extra year..........also, if you try to cancel an order you paid for with PP, it is a nightmare.

I bought a refurb D7100 from them about 6 months ago. Absolutely no problems.

I got both my D7000 and D7100 from them, so I'm glad I was able to get the D750.

Fantastic people to work with. Everytime I visit my kids in Indy, I try to go there. Wife always seems to find someplace else to go :-(

You will love the D750 I love mine. I was at the store on Oct.31 and traded my fuji kit for the Nikon D750 and 28-300mm lens. Then I bought a refurbished SB-700 from them. Also a nikon 80-200mm AI from there Ebay store. No problems from Roberts Camera at all. I had bought and traded cameras and flashes from Roberts and not one problem from them. I trust them a lot. Just as much as B&H.

Victory! When software fails, rely on people. I spoke to Nick at Roberts Camera, and he took care of my order. I'll be receiving a Nikon D750 body on Tuesday. Along with the body comes an SDXC 64GB card and a Nikon battery, all for the price of the body.

Good for you! Why was this such a secret?

AVOID PayPal like the plague. They will side with buyer against the seller.

Example:

You sell your camera for $500. Buyer claims when they opened the box all it contained was a brick. Paypal without any questions will refund buyers money and seller is out $500. This is well documented behavior. Paypal sides with and helps support theives.

I have bought most all of my camera equipment from Roberts Camera in Indiana, workers are helpful, honest and I have only good things to say about the store.I have always been pleased by what I have purchased both new and used.

Just curious Jerry. Refurb or new? I only ask because you were the person who convinced me to always look at refurbs first, then if not available, buy new. And that advice was well taken because I have had excellent experience with Nikon refurbished equipment.
