This all happened BEFORE same sex marriage became legal in Oregon. So besides the fact that they had a personal belief issue, they also refused on the grounds that the ceremony was ILLEGAL and they didn't want to be an accessory. But that little factoid doesn't seem to matter to the lynch mobs...
