My God! She was more dead than alive from the looks of her. She is one lucky dog. Bless you for giving her a loving home.

She was. It was touch and go and it has taken many trips to the Vet and medicines to get rid of the mange that was so tough to fight. Also heart worm treatment knocked her out repeatedly. She is a lover and a fighter.

These are our two "pound cats". Ernie was in a private rescue shelter, and Sammy was in the Humane Society facility. Adopted as kittens, neither indicated how they would look when grown.

Rescued from Death Row (he was on his way to get the needle) when we pulled him from the shelter. He is a lover and has been at his new forever home for 6 days. There are a few bad habits which we are learning about. Thanks for looking.
