You probably can by using it in Compatibility Modes.
I'm not at home so I have to do this from memory (and that's not too good. 😄)
Click
Right click on the .exe file and select "Properties" from the drop down menu.
One of the tabs on the properties window should be compatibility.
Around the middle it will say something like, "Run this program in: Windows XP mode as well as all the versions of Windows after XP.
Click OK or Apply.
Try to open the program.
You might have to try each of the choices to see if it can run.
I've been running an old copy of Eudora email program that I bought for Windows XP.
I don't have the Help menu, but pretty much everything else works.
Won't be near my computer until 7:30 or 8:00 PM Eastern DST. You can check with me then.
Let me know how it works.
Maybe ask the QUICKEN help site?

I've given up on Help sites. They seem be a bunch of people making guesses.
How old is that Quicken?
I'm sure it will. If not outright, then under compatibility mode.
Quicken = Ver.5
Purchased in 2001.
Thanks.....
