Dowloaded my version online and recently had a new computer build and you guessed it....Din't save my license #. i there any way to get it back? Would appreciate any help...Thanks in advance JIM

watchwinder, just contact Adobe and they'll get the license number to you. I've had that happen several times and they are very responsive. You may be able to get it on-line by signing in to their site and checking your orders.

:thumbup: exactly. It will be in your order history. If you can't log in just call, as moose said they are very helpful in these matters.

It may be in his order history, but I wonder if Adobe still has Elements 11 available for download.

Yes, it will. The download link for any version you buy directly from Adobe will be in your account. They say they will keep your download available for three years beginning with the day you bought it. But Adobe doesn't really follow this. All the downloads I bought from Adobe going back several versions are still there today.

Did you save the e-mail you received from Adobe when you bought PSE11? The license number you need is listed in that e-mail.

If you have that phone # it would be greatly apreiceated, just spent 2 hours online and nothing resolved went to my order history to download and all I get is 'code' . I could order the new version but at this point Im pissed...I want what I had paid for really don't need the upgrade....spent 15 min's. waiting while they were "helping other customers" left the room for 2-3 min's. and they cut me off...I know I'm old and cranky but as a last resort why not install a phone in the contact info...JIM
