CW, these are my settings. All were taken using a light box and ambient light except for the last one, which was taken inside using bright, overhead room lighting with a diffuser held in front of the light source. Pink Debutantes: 1/30 sec, f/5.60, ISO 100, aperture priority mode with 100mm macro lens. Red camellias: 8.00 sec, f/8, ISO 100, aperture priority mode with 100mm macro lens. White hydrangeas: 1/6 sec, f/2.50, ISO 100, aperture priority mode using 24mm lens. Teapot with roses: 1/6 sec, f/4, ISO 100, manual mode using 100mm macro lens. The textures are from Flypaper Textures. Let me know if you'd like any more info.

And thank YOU so much, CW! Of course I don't mind posting my settings. Give me a few minutes to look, and I'll post them here, and if there's anything else you'd like to know about how I did these, just send me a PM, and I'll be glad to share.

I just knew you'd like artsy, Angela, and I'm so glad you like these! I'm new to inside shooting, so this was a bit different for me. Gotta do something when you can't go outside. Thank you so much! Is the snow starting to melt yet?

I'll have a cuppa of that any time!!
Just beautiful Donna, and you know I love the artsy end of anything, but these flowers are just breathtaking!!

Did I miss something, why can't you go out?? Still hurting?
No melting here, low twenties and more snow predicted for Monday.... not a happy camper here!
But seeing you post reminded me of brighter and warmer days!!
:-D :-D

No, not hurting at all. I just meant when weather is bad like tomorrow with a 100% chance of rain. :-D I know you'll be glad when your weather woes are over and out of there, Angela. Sounds like a case for severe cabin fever. Did you get all your pictures transferred over to your new laptop?

ALL lovely, as always, Donna. I am especially fascinated by the letter from Paris in the Hydrangea background -- how do you think of all these little touches?!

I forgot to mention to you that I regularly get mail from France, Sherry. LOL Of course you know I'm lying. Glad you like these, and I do thank you so much. You must have esp. I was just about to send you a PM. Will do that in a sec.

I'll take your rain any day over this white mess!!
I still have 4 pages yet to download of my pictures that I posted on this site, so my gallery is almost full again. I do love this new pc, I didn't think I would adjust to windows 8.1 but it's really fun! Touch screen and all!

Have fun playing indoors Donna, it can be fun, as seen here!!
FYI, I made the tomato/bean soup again tonight, it's so cold and that really hits the spot!
:-D

I've been thinking about that soup ever since we had it last week. Definitely going to make that again soon.

This time I added the dollop of sour cream on top like they suggested!
Yummy!

I did too, and it was gooooood! I added a bit more than a dollop though. I'd call it more like a wallop. LOL

A great 'cuppa'. PP applied with a deft hand has created a beautiful group of images. Congratulations!
