Why not leave it to the Bakery to decide who they will serve and keep the law and the courts out of it? Please note, this article is from a Progressive Secular Humanist Web Site. We aren't bias, are we. Com'on Wellhiem, what do you care about Christians or gays? Unless you are gay yourself and this is only in defense of your choice of life style, you could not care about the right's of gays. Just another opportunity to bash Christian's when you should worry about the real danger to not only Gays and Christians but the danger to Progressive Secular Humanist by Islam. They also hate atheist as well.

So what if someone wanted a cake with "All Christians are paedophiles" written on it? Are you saying it would only effect you if you were a kiddy fiddler? Nobody gives a rats ass because nobody sees the cake besides the person who decorates it and the party guests. When did you ever see cakes waiting to be picked up or waiting to be delivered, sitting out on display? Never so quit all your bitching. It will NEVER MATTER TO ANYONE ELSE. NOBODY ELSE SEES THE CAKE.

It would not matter to me what is put on the cake unless the cake was delivered to me and then it would be a personal matter between me and the person who ask for the cake to be delivered. They were right to refuse to bake the cake for the bigot just as they had the right to refuse to bake a cake for the gay couple. Bakers choices!
As for bringing Islam into this - your pet peeve is with the wrong religion. Christians are not out for your head but Muslims are. The Christians are your friends and allies. Know who your friends are so that in time of need you can call upon them. Didn't you understand that from the last world war, Wellhiem?
