I used the in camera noise reduction for long exposures available in the shooting menu. No noise control other than that.

Thank you, TP. Don't know how it was done. It was snowing and cold. I think the snow helped the glow. Driving home was a "white knuckler"

Thanks Mile. Fun to shoot. Used ISO 64 for a longer shutter time in order to "erase" the people.
