   Great job, Bob! It looks like a scene from "Gold Rush." Thanks for showing.

Thank you Edie. I always enjoy your complete, top-to-bottom, left-to-right critiques, and you're not afraid to point out what didn't work. It's refreshing.

I'm relieved that you think so. I am always asking questions. Sometimes someone doesn't like it or doesn't agree with what I'm saying, but that's ok because the photo is his/her work. I'm happy to get different perspectives. There are people who like to manipulate photos and those who don't. I'm not so much interested in the snaps. I think there's a difference between forensic photos and photojournalism. I like to see what artists like you do beyond the original vision. For me, photography is an art. One day, I hope, my own photographic prowess will allow me to take pictures and make art.

Thanks Gene. I was lucky that those 3 earth movers were lined up so neatly and the tree on the right just seemed to set them off.

Thanks WAR1OCK. Who would have thought that heavy equipment could be made to look so sinister?

This is one of you very best shots, Bob. I love everything about it, including your captioning. For me, this is a wall shot. Great work!

Thanks Randy. I must admit the mythology thingy almost got away from me ..... but it seemed fitting to describe the wrestling I had to do while processing this puppy.

Thanks for the approbation Gitchigumi. I have swum in the waters of your avatar's namesake - coldest water I've ever been in.

Two Cats and a Komasu - maybe the Titans have entered the Witness Protection program to keep them from being discovered by the Olympians, which still have it out for them pkricker.

Thanks for the comment Jerry. My intent was to make the machines appear as ghosts against a blackened sky.

You've succeeded! Great composition.

Yes... Just wading in it in the summer can give you cramps in your feet or legs...
