So I am looking to get the D7100 body only and 42nd street photo has it at $749. Seems to good to be true. Never ordered from here. Anyone have any experience. Are they reputable?
I used them once and it was a nightmare. I even stopped in the store in NY City and English was the least spoken language. They will try to up-sell you and/or send you something you didn't order and then you have to try and get a refund. Stay away would be good advice!

Use the search feature button above, type in 42nd street photo, be ready for 45 minutes of reading.
In other words, 45 minutes of gray market trickery and pushy sales men.
No U.S. warrenty.

Yes! Don't! Try Adorama, Cameta, B&H, Amazon, not 42nd St. 42nd St. is responsible for a practice of outrageous upselling and lying to do it.
I bought a camcorder from them. A day later I got a call from the salesman that it was going to go out "today" but I really needed to buy a special high speed sdcard for $123.99 as the standard cards wouldn't work in that Canon camcorder. I did not buy the card and received my camcorder several days later. So I checked the manual and no special card was needed. I put a standard card in and it worked fine. Finally I called Canon and got the information that a standard card was all that was needed.
So that salesman lied to me to get me to buy an sdcard for three times the price. Outrageous. If they let a salesman lie, they demonstrate their own lack of ethics.
CAMETA has the D7100 for $798. I've bought several factory refurb products from them and they were all perfectly fine.
This might be a lower price than from B&H, Cameta or KEH, but sometimes the piece of mind you get is worth the extra $$$.
