What's so hard to understand about Ted Cruz? That he's not in some lobbys hip pocket? I'm not from Texas but I have to believe that he campaigned on the promise to shrink government, eliminate Obamacare, and restore constitutional government. From where I sit it appears that is exactly what he is trying to do. Whoulda thunk it? An elected representative doing what they said they would. So I guess you are right, he's no politician.

You'd better do a search on that one. Ted Cruz IS solidly in the pocket of big business. Check out his stance on net neutrality and who gives heavily to his campaign. Even his supporters had to challenge him on his ideas.

The truth is Obama shut the gov't down. And he made sure the Veterans memorials were closed but the Lawn was open for illegal aliens. But you go and bitch about Cruz.

Liberals filter out anything that resembles something contrary to their agenda.

BO has more lobbyists in the white house, working and hired by him than anyone else ever did.

That's not even a twist on the truth. It's an outright lie, I know it and I'll credit you with enough intelligence to know it. Since you insist on your own set of facts I see no point in further discourse with you.

I'm not sure of the factuality of the report but your post suggest that he has hired lobbyist's as lobbyists to lobby and the report isn't even suggesting anything like that. Beyond that I would probably be happier if he didn't use FORMER lobbyists but I'm not sure if it's avoidable.

No documentation required.
It's the only 'transparent' part of the regime that Obummer placed people he owed favors to as heads of departments to do as they please because they are above the law.

I am glad that you admit they are facts. You may be starting to come around. There might even be hope for you. Don't fight it.

O.M.G.

STOP the PRESSES

I wasn't aware that Obama was the FIRST politician to appoint friends/cronies to political positions.

I thought this part of the discussion was that Obama had set some kind of record for hiring lobbyists.

This article doesn't really support that argument.

Sorry if I misunderstood.

chrisscholbe, you don't get it. It's only ok for Republicans to appoint friends/cronies to political positions. If a Democrat appoints even one friend, that is proof enough that the Democrat is pure evil and should be impeached or hounded out of office.
/sarcasm off
