Hi these are my night shots of boston from the cambridge side of the city.hope you enjoy.also would like comments on the shots since I am new at the hobby . Thanks tony
#1 is really neat! I haven't seen a perspective like that, with the colorful little sailboats lined up in foreground. Great reflections on the water too. Nice!

Nice evening photos, Tony! Was #1 taken from the MIT Sailing Center? What struck me was the sharp focus on the boats yet the far side of the river, about 1/2 mile, away is sill reasonably well focused and in low light too!
Hi, thanks for your comments on my photo. This shot was taken with nikond90
Settings, f16 at 25.6 seconds with a 32mm at 200iso. Hope this helps. Tony
Very good! I like them all but #1 the best.

Really curious . . .
How did you arrive at the, somewhat odd, exposure time of 25.6 seconds? An auto setting on the camera? A 'bulb' exposure that just worked out to that time and was recorded in the photo's data?
Thanks
Hi, if I recall I was taking several shots by counting my seconds then review the picture I finally came up with shot and when I reviewed the camera setting it actually recorded 25.6 seconds. I hope I was able to answer your question. Thanks. Tony
Composition-wise, you are good, but #1 is obviously the best of the group. I have done a lot of shooting in and around the boat houses and along memorial drive, in all seasons of the year. Keep after it, it's a great location. Question, why are you in hiding?
