We went to Quebec city last weekend and found our way to Ile dOrleans not too far from there. I had acquired a .43x wide angle lens sometime ago and had not really used it yet. So I decided I would use it for all photos taken that day The lens is fitted on top of the Lumix FZ200 barrel. These are not the typical landscape photos I am used to taking and I would appreciate any comments. Thank you.
Very nice shots! I viewed them on my smart phone so I can't critique technically, but I love the composition and depth.
What kind of attachment did you use?
Thanks for your critique DG, it's appreciated.
The add on lens is a 0.43X wide angle lens with macro made by Vivitar. It attaches to the lens barrel with a collar and 3 screws all included in the package. It's not a quality lens but does a fair job.... with a little help from my friends.
Ah, I know it well. I have the Vivitar .21x fisheye I play with. For wide, though, I use a Tokina 11-16. I really like the extreme depth it captures, much like that which you captured so well.
