Hello, Ugly Hedgehoggers!
My name is Naomi - 31 years old, from Tavistock, Devon, UK.... and I am an Al..... oh, hang on, wrong site...........
Just kiddin'.... I have a Canon EOS300V film camera.... been on and off with photography over the years..... had a camera in my hand since I was very little.... I owned a Canon 450D-SLR several years back, but due to not using it enough, I sold it on......... always kept the film camera: and now I am back living in Devon after nearly 12 years in Manchester, I am sure I will have more nice views to take pictures of!... etc....
Other hobbies include music, engineering, cars, and making people happy.
Look forward to getting stuck in the forum.

You have entered an addictive land of truths, myths, fantasies, ghosts, goblins and good old fashioned advice (whether you want it or not)...
Seriously though - the folks here have lots of good advice and a couple of days of experience and are willing share what they can - don't hesitate to ask detailed questions, in fact, the more details, the more accurate the answer ;)
Tips on "The Title" - when asking questions the title should reflect what info you are looking for - this lets the people with the experience in that area jump in and help...
A quick example:
Good: "Help with focus problem - Nikon D800"
Not so good: "Focus?"
