Is there any color combination more beautiful than bright blue and vibrant yellow? Just glorious images all, Mike. But I'm actually drawn to the least colorful,The Foggy Sunrise, as the smallest bit of color is brought out by the sun on the trees (left). Just an exquisite composition.

Thank you so much Carlysue, did anybody ever tell you that you should write poetry? You have such a great way with words, I love it. Yes, the fog picture looks almost in mono color except for the few sunrays, great observation.

Thank you very much, these were taken on a few trips but all were taken from mid to end September.

They are all excellent, but "the ice is forming" grabs me the most. I like that soft, misty look.
