WOW! Lock up your dogs and cats. And children, I suppose! What a beauty.
Whoa Marge, nice capture.
I've only ever seen one in the wild and never even had a chance to lift the camera before he was gone.
Good for you, getting that shot.

Thanks, but I can't credit my skill, it was my trail camera that caught this one. I was safely in my home when he came through.

I only changed the contrast a wee bit. But I thought it looked a little better. Thanks.

Trail cameras are great. This was on a trail at the back of the property.

Under lock and key, fenced yard for the domestic critters.
Thank you.

What an animal! Better have your cat spray handy, if you go walking back there, especially in the night. ;)
Wonderful picture and good job in getting it. Thanks for sharing.
No matter how you got this photo, I am envious. I have never been so fortunate as to see one in the wild. There are some at around a local lake here where I spend untold hours photographing wildlife. I have seen the remains of their deer kills but never the cats. I am sure they have seen me.

We have them here a lot. Last year husband watched one cleaning himself after having eaten his meal of venison. Thanks.
