Has anyone had any experience dealing with Digital Pros. They are advertising Mark III body only (less battery and card) for
$1,969.00. Price seems too good to be true.

Beware!

Many of these places will strip the boxes of batteries, straps, etc. and sell them as accessories. Some are outright scams and you'll never see your camera.

I'd pass!

Good, Bad or indifferent you no doubt can find the answers you seek by doing a Google search. Without doing so myself I personally would proceed with extreme caution.

B&H, Adorama, Amazon, Cameta, KEH are all good for both new and refurb and the manufacturer's sites. Nikon has 10% off refurbs through today...

Recent post dealt with same question - same answer(s). Buyer beware. If you do get it as advertised for that price, I would be pleasantly surprised. Let us know.

DANGER!! DANGER!!

I found they had a price considerably below the competition. I had a question about American Warranty. I called. The phone service was so bad, it made me wonder. Loved the savings but thought I'd Google "DigitalPros.com Reviews." Holy Crap! Either you can expect lots of trouble with them or you may even have to sue. There are numerous websites that accept comments about vendors. Never have I seen one so riddled with complaints. The low price is their bait. Everyone would like the savings they offer but after reading at least 50 complaints, not counting a plethora of BBB charges, I became convinced, it is best not to deal with them. Google them looking for "reviews." Then, move on as fast as you can.

Buy from well known reputable dealers like B&H, Adorama, Cameta, just to mention a few of them.

It is (too good to be true). Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away. B&H, Adoroma, and a few others often mentioned here are much better!

Any time you are dealing with company that removes items from the Camera Box and sells them for extra, it is a bait and switch outfit. Stay away !!!
