How could he, there are no vacancies. I wish Thomas would go. I can't think of any ruling he's ever made without having Scalia make the same. I think his wife's activities are illegal when he's a justice, but what do I know...

She's old but I think quite spry. I have no idea even remotely who the next one may be... Probably somebody we never heard of, hopefully stuck in an ivy league university and very liberal!!! :D

I feel sure we'll lose the house and senate, but that will have nothing to do with whether Hillary runs. I expect after the first of the year, the Repubs will begin impeachment hearings, not knowing that will certify a Dem's win. Hillary may not be interested when push comes to shove. She and Bill are both distancing themselves from Obama though.
