I will agree with GaClowers In that the more time you spend with them the better shots you'll get. They are fun to shoot.

Since we are sharing, I will add a couple of my favorites. I love shooting these birds. It's a challenge, but fun to do.

Awesome pixs, love #1, I'm new and would like to learn how to get pixs like that. What lens did you use and what were the setting. How much PP was done on them?

These are taken with a P&S Panasonic FZ100. I used a Macro zoom focus with 2000/second and flash. No PP other than cropping and adding a frame to a couple of them.

I would love to be able to shoot pictures like that.

A couple years ago I could not get this hummer out of my garage. I put up a feeder and we stayed up ALL NIGHT together. I had a great time doing this. It was in July so that is why I added the cap to the feeder.

The photos I am posting I call "A NIGHT WITH SUMMER HUMMER".

We stayed up so LATE she forgot where the food was.
