Too smile or not to smile

That is the question

Using one of these for my Advertising, your input would be helpful

Thanks

I'm not loving the process you chose for the image(s). Obviously it's been said, but super sharp is necessary. I like without the smile personally...can't say why. It does seem like you and the camera AND the white edges of the images are competing. You are a good looking guy...so I say use your image in your advertising for sure, but as it was suggested, perhaps turn the camera sideways for profile. Maybe you could turn as well, and then turn your face back to the camera taking the shot. Just a thought.

Not only is the camera out of focus but you are wearing a t shirt that has a message on it!

What kind of a photog do you want to be? Pics of folks use the smile. Pics of other stuff a straight face.

Exactly what are you trying to advertise with these shots, does smiling has any relevance to it?

Go with the smile, but the camera is OOF. I'd try again and get both camera and you in focus, and crop it square. I would loose the watch too. (JMO)
