I have printed about 150 photos using 11x14 paper on a canon 9000 Pro printer just crop your photos a little to the left
put that side in first use 11x17 settings on the printer come out with about 1/8 in of white on the edge no need to cut. get my 11x14 paper from Adorama [InkJet paper]comes in 50 sheets boxes
I have 13" x 19" paper and a Canon Pro-100.. I want to print a 11 x 14 via Picasa (or other freebie program).. I know how to create a custom papersize in the printer properties but I don't think that's what I want to do..
The paper size is 13x19 I just want to print an 11x14 and just trim the excess..
Any advise?
Thank you.
Set your printer on 11x17 use 11x14 paper you will have a tiny bit of white on one end the frame will cover this.

Possible?
Thanks

So when you print you are telling it to print 11x17 yet you are using 11x14 paper? Wouldn't that produce the opposite affect? Cut off some of the photo?
Thanks
Yes most of time i shoot off center that part goes in the prinrer last .When the paper runs out that the other part is cut off
