Actually no I dont. I've always been drawn to all reptiles. I used to catch snakes and bring them home as a young boy. My parents would freak. So they bought me a national geographic reptile field guide so I wouldn't accidentally catch the wrong one. Lol....I started bringing home coral snakes and rattlers then....they were freaking...lol

I understand...my son is a DVM, Vetrinarian, (Associate Director at the New Orleans Aquarium and Research Center) so he has a collection of snakes in his home....no rattlers thank goodness. We had an menagerie of reptiles at our home when he was younger....

Do you ever photograph the Rattlesnake Round up in Texas ?? I photographed an event outside of Austin years ago and was awed by the size and the rattlesnake sacking they did. I would love to photograph it again...from a distance..lol

Actually used to catch snakes for the round up in Freer TX. Haven't been since I got into photography. Work keeps me pretty hemed up and a lot out of Texas. Actually headed to west Virginia in the morning.
