Not just a camera bag but the camera you use can make a difference. I was selling Floyd Clymer (Clymer Motorbooks) a fair number of race photos using the 4 x 5 Speed Graphic boat anchor. When the Hasselblad hit the market, I bought one and was using is to shoot a motorcycle race. Floyd walked up to me and said, "If you plan to sell me any more photos, you'd better get a real camera and not that little Brownie." I went half way by buying a Baby Speed Graphic that would shoot 120 roll film. At least it looked like a "Real Camera".

Sorry but you cn't paint a camera bag black, it will
dissolve. You have to get hot wings and fly to the jungle
and shoot a jaguar first. Then line it with aluminum that's
of course painted black.

You're kidding , right? I have a stainless steel case I've had for over 30 years, bought it because I can stand on it. Never had anyone question what I was. If you were a doctor would you carry your black bag around?
