On my dog it would be trash in 5 minutes.

Should have a bird's eye view of the back of the ears! Kidding, I wonder how it will work out, Mile?

Mine would escape in two minutes OR find the nearest puddle to play in.

What would you do with all the close-ups of him/her checking out the parts that 'carlsburgh doesn't reach' on every passing dog?

Hmmmm! Should I try and keep the camera clean, or have a lovely roll in that cowpat? It's a tough one.

My Che-wa-wa stays in my lap most of time. Don't think this would work.

I love the expression on the face of that poor pooch. "Why me Lord? Why me?"

i have one of these for the gopro, i have yet to test it but we regularly meet up with other basset hound owners and can have 30 plus hounds out for a walk all together. I thought mounting the gopro like this will give us a hounds eye view of their walk.

I've seen videos done with these. Not very impressive. I have three dogs, and I don't think the camera would stay in place very long.

I don't have a dog any more, but if I did, I'd get one in a minute. Provided it is designed by the GoPro people, it should work pretty well. There are harnesses that have worked on large birds. Of course, you need to edit your videos to get rid of lots of useless stuff...

Somehow, editing out eighteen hours of sleeping doesn't seem like fun. :D

Yes it is designed by GoPro, it is a camera mount which fastens onto the dogs like a harness, it is not a dog harness which happens to have a camera mount attached. So it should be better for stability etc. but i think the best thing about it is that it is fun! :-)
