Shooting my neighbors vintage camera collection for possible sale.

Big sheet of white paper curved up a wall, 2 work lights, table tripod, P7000 in BW mode.

Might go with D7000 + kit lens tethered to a Mac Book Air 11".

Beer.

I hope you can post some of those pictures

Going with my future daughter in law to get her wedding gown and brides maid dresses. Will possibly take photos for her to put in a scrapbook. Not sure if that is a good idea or not.

Good morning all from Indianapolis Indiana. For today, I am taking out my new Sigma 150-500mm os lens to practice on my D7000 Nikon because on Sunday I am meeting with Sigma's two top photographers at the Carnegie Heritage Arts Center in Linton Indiana for a 8hour with lunch outdoor photo session to photograph the migration of the Cranes. I hope to get some good pictures with this wonderful lens. The filter size was 86! Any comments on the best settings?

Shooting a Dance contest tomorrow. Will be using Nikon D90 70-200 F2.8 lens on a monopod. Also will have a 50mm f1.8 if close. will need atleast a 250 shutter speed in low light.

Monopods are great - small, light, effective.

Beer.

Is that roll of white paper from the photo store or art supply store?

As for the beer, don't have too much before you do the shooting. If you overdo it, all your images will look fantastic to you. This is based on my experience with women in bars.

I love that old work horse twin lens camera picture you are using on this site. I use to love the results of that large negative film size. The pictures were always crisp and clear with the right exposures.

I think I will take in First Monday in Ripley Mississippi this coming Saturday (not today). It has operated since 1893 and is acres and acres full of great shots. Have wanted to take my 5D-II for some time but March 3 is the day. Mostly people and critter shooting.
