I also think the PP is overdone. Also, and this is the important part of my critique, if you didn't tell me it was a boat I would not have known. I think you need more boat in the picture or maybe some water. Maybe a different angle.

I like your photo!! {abstract is good}
that would look good 48"x36" hanging in a seafood restaurant!!

I will take a photo and cook it up to 10 times and with different programs! sometimes I like them and sometimes not so much!

If you hadn't stated it was an abandoned boat, it would have been hard to tell what it was for sure. Maybe a little more of the boat showing might have helped. It's overcooked too, but I like the concept of the photo. You might try re-shooting it if you can. Just my opinion.
