I ordered a few minor things from Amazon, and they're sitting in the UPS building 12 miles away. I won't get them till Tuesday. Imagine how I'd feel if I was waiting for a D810! Long weekends are nice - up to a point. :D

I was scheduled to get a few things from them on Saturday, so they sent them FedEx, since UPS doesn't work on weekends.

I get Saturday deliveries too from FedEx, I love Amazon. I buy as much as I can there under Prime to rack up the points...and to get the products they offer.

Do you know if Keurig, since releasing 2.0 machines, are going to stop making their other machines, such as the personal coffee maker? I have been checking and QVC is getting very low on some colors and people just aren't buying the 2.0 as expected...at least at QVC because of the chip. Most did as I'm doing and ordered a second machine to put away as a back up.

I read that they're already hacking them. Something about Keurig has no patent on the recent ones because the patent ran out... Don't take this as the honest truth because I can't quite remember. I'll try to look it up, but it was interesting and another 'but'...it has nothing to do with no mail delivery on Monday. :D

Any company will do whatever it can to get all the business possible. My Keurig has been chugging along since September of 2008. It was a good $99 investment. If I can't get one for a similar price, there are alternatives for single-cup coffee.

Yes, mine is a single cup. You've had good luck with yours. I bought the other one because I think they'll phase out the ones without the chip. Many have said on forums about Keurigs that with the ones with all the gizmos on, there's much more chance of a failure than the ones we have. This 2.0 is going over like a lead balloon. Too many people want to make their own brand of coffee, not be limited to Green Mountain. I don't mind because I LOVE Green Mountain Cafe Caramel (about 10% coffee!) and drink that all the time. You'd probably hate it, it's for sissies who hate coffee!! :thumbup:
