I don't normally care for this stuff, but this really caught my eye and I think I actually like it.

Found it while driving around looking for old barns to photograph.

Hope you like it as much as I did. Richard

I am not much of a fan of graffiti especially if it is done in to vandalize but some of the "artists" have some real talent. There is an old silver and gold processing plant near a Gold Hill Nevada, just south of Virginia City, that is a large facility in ruins. It us called American Flats. The "art" there is extensive and some of it is quite good.

Where were these located?

Its a decisive subject indeed, But I love street art in the right place and if it is carried out without defacing someones property, against there will, which I trust this old building is? -- That said I do like this set and I feel that in the chosen environment it does bring some artistic value and complements a beautifully stark landscape.
Nice set harclod,

Geoff

This was located out on Cold Springs Highway between Helix and Pendleton.

I like it, someone used something that would probably be uninteresting and turned it into to something that is pleasing to the eye.

 I agree 100%, but I wish I would have found it before all the art was added. Then I could have shown a comparison!!

Glad you liked it Ptw. Richard

I think you nailed it in pic #4. You can recognize the artwork as graffiti, but not the details. It's a great contrast in color and also in subjects, old and new. Well done, I really like it.
Thanks for sharing...

Just like anything else, there's good graffiti, and there's bad graffiti.

Very nice set. I like the contrast of the vivid colors to the background.
