I actually talked with a rep at Pro show. Pro show accepts the large photos as they are. It also accepts the small ones as they are. When it outputs the show to your desired publication it then resizes the photos according to the output program. In other words, if you output to a DVD it resizes the photos to 720X480. If you output to a Blu-Ray it sizes them quite a bit larger. So, if you have images that are smaller then the output required it enlarges them. Small images might enlarge to the 720X480 just fine, but not to the blu-ray size. So the size of your images is dependant on the output size required. Always best to have larger files for the program.
