I like the top one. The creek kind of pulls me into the photo and guides me back through it. Makes me feel "involved" in it.
Not so much the bottom one...oh well.
I like the tonality of these photos, on my monitor they appear kind of a dark blue...makes them look cold, which it probably was when you took them!

I like the first one the best. the first thing that came to mind when i saw this was Ansel Adams. it just reminds me of something like he would have photographed. Change it to black and white and add few special effects it could come close to one of his images in my opinion.
