that is pretty screwy statement..many have been deported as soon as they are arrested and many more are crossing the border thus leading to more arrests thus more deportations..of course the left will spin that into another plus for the halfrican..
and usually it does NOT take YEARS to run its courseÂ…we do not have that much jail space or manpower..
