Coyote in my neighbors yard?

I saw this little fellow in my neighbors yard this morning. I'm not sure what he is, but I think he is a coyote. He is about the size of a Border Collie. Does anyone out there know for sure? Thank you for your help.

It could very well be a coyote in fox clothing. Be very careful around him.

Thank all of you. I should have known better, coyotes are much larger. Took the shot with my D80 & AF Nikkor 70-300 1:4-5.6 D lens at 300mm shutter priority 1/500 sec at F5.6 ISO 200 hand held.

Thank you all. It definitely is a red fox. My neighbor has been feeding it because she thought it was starving.
