Let's not forget the most egregious of them all the gutting of our immigration laws.... the only reason that the republicans are suing on the ACA vs immigration is because even though the president's class exclusions to immigration enforcement are clearly illegal, the political cost of pursuing the president on that issue are in all probability far to costly as every illegal in the country and their families will find their way to a voting booth come November.

Yes, it is a focus for the dems... at some point this country is going to break, it will be interesting to see what happens when it does.... I don't know why anyone would care to become president of the US unless it were to take on major fiscal change and the restructure of the federal government, anyone to attempt such a feat would probably only serve one term as the media and old boy groups would throw out their kitchen sinks trying to discredit him or her. I am sure that most liberals would vehemently resist most fiscal and structural reform, they would be decrying a fascist regime has taken hold of the country...

You get real, he could get it in a week if it is in the interest of both parties, the president does not want the issue resolved, he will later in the summer announce further exempted classes to the immigration laws effectively expanding DACA, he will use congress and the current crisis as his justification to do so. Gutierrez, the IL congressman who has been pushing for Obama to act unilaterally came away very upbeat after his meeting with the president yesterday.
