I call all of this the "fat, dumb, and, happy" syndrome. As long as it doesn't affect people directly, they don't care what happens, until it's too late. This has been going on for years now, in a lot of administrations, but like I said, if it doesn't affect them, they don't care or want to know. I certainly hope that the state is not paying for any of these stays, that to me would be taxation, without representation. A subject like this affects me directly. I came to this country on a visa, I became a citizen, and I enlisted in the military during the Vietnam War. I don't hear anyone wanting to cross the border to join our military to defend this country, all anyone wants is the benefits, that only some of us, have earned. So, as a humanitarian, I am willing to give people a chance to prove themselves, to find work, to pay taxes, to pay rent, or buy a house. I'm just curious how much of our tax money is sent as "Aid" to these countries, and now it's costing us another 3.7 trillion dollars. Money that should be spent here in this country. If I were the governor, nothing or no one would stop me to see what I wanted in my own state, to talk to who I wanted to, and to take as many pictures as I wanted.

You mean by killing 90% of the Native population with DISEASE, stealing their land, putting them on the worst possible lands we called 'reservations' when they were really prisons?

As for your 'Second' point the flood making life worse. That is what happened when the Brits came from the point of the Native Americans. It happened again according to the English when the Irish arrived. Then it happened again when the Italians came, according to the Irish. Let's not forget the Cubans after Castro took over in 1958. How about the Vietnamese and Cambodians after 1974 with the end of Vietnam? Did I leave out one of your favorite groups, maybe the Puerto Ricans that came over legally because they too are part of the US? Oh let's not forget the Mexicans that lived here before 1948 when they lost the war and their properties were taken. They were promised Bilingual education that did not happen until the 1970s by Justice Warren in California.

My goodness. I am having a hard time even believing that because as we ALL know this is the most transparent administration since, since, since, Give me a minute here to think. OK well since NEVER.

For me, an even more mystifying question would be how can Liberals see this situation and think it is acceptable when a governor of a state in the United States of America is not allowed to do these things in her own state. It is sort of mind boggling when if the situation were reversed the Liberals would be all over Conservatives like stink on potty.
